Applications Open | Ruth Falconer Memorial Bursary
First Baptist Moncton is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Ruth Falconer Memorial Bursary.
Established in recognition of the late Miss Ruth Falconer, a faithful and long-standing member of First Baptist Moncton, this bursary reflects her commitment to Christian faith, service, and education. Through her generous legacy, a bursary of $1,000 may be awarded annually to support an individual preparing for a life of Christian ministry and service.
Purpose of the Bursary
The Ruth Falconer Memorial Bursary is intended to assist a member or adherent of First Baptist Moncton who is pursuing studies leading to full-time Christian service at a recognized educational institution.
The award seeks to encourage and support those who are responding to God's call through ministry, Christian leadership, missions, pastoral work, or other forms of vocational Christian service.
Award Considerations
Applications will be evaluated based on:
Previous involvement in the life and ministry of First Baptist Moncton
Demonstrated spiritual commitment
Academic achievement
Financial need
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be an active member or adherent of First Baptist Moncton
Demonstrate spiritual commitment through volunteer or employed Christian service and/or community involvement
Be enrolled in courses leading to full-time Christian service at a recognized educational institution
