Director of Executive Ministries

Wendy brings a wealth of experience in organizational leadership, ministry coordination, and administrative management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Crandall University and has built a distinguished career serving in both the non-profit and faith-based sectors.

Before joining the staff team at First Baptist Moncton, Wendy worked for 12 years with the denominational central office, where she carried out many of the same responsibilities that now define her role. Her background also includes extensive work with several organizations and ministries, combining strategic oversight with a deep commitment to people and purpose.

Wendy is no stranger to First Baptist Moncton—she and her husband, Greg Jones, previously served here more than twenty years ago when Greg was the church’s Senior Pastor. Having rejoined the congregation since moving back to Moncton, Wendy continues to serve with dedication, insight, and warmth, embodying both professional excellence and a heart for ministry.

Beyond her leadership role, Wendy is known for her gift with words and her love of people. She describes herself as a proud mom, wife, and nana, as well as a lover of family, coffee, and books. Her strong faith, creativity, and relational spirit make her an invaluable part of the ministry team at First Baptist Moncton.
