Phil Oyeniran
Director of International Ministries
Phil, known as Olu, brings decades of cross-cultural ministry experience shaped by service in Africa, Europe, and North America. He is committed to helping newcomers feel welcomed, supported, and integrated into both church life and the wider community. His ministry focuses on pastoral care, discipleship, advocacy, and building partnerships that strengthen support systems for international families navigating life in Canada.
Alongside his ministry work, Phil has professional experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, long-term care, and nonprofit settings. This background strengthens his practical and relational approach to ministry and community engagement.
Phil is an approved Candidate for Ordained Pastoral Ministry with the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada and is licensed through the Westmorland-Kent Baptist Association. He holds a Master’s Degree in Humanitarian Logistics and Management, as well as academic training in Business and Discipleship Studies. He is married to Dr. Ade and is the father of three children. As a family, they value humility, community and service.
