JOIN US AT THE SUMMIT . . . - August 10-11 at Hillside church

It started in one city with 2,200 leaders from 300 churches in 1995. In 2016, over 400,000 leaders in more than 125 countries participated. Currently, the Summit is being translated into 59 languages.

Effective leaders are the agents of transformation. They call out what's wrong, set goals, launch initiatives, motivate, challenge, and move people to get on the solution side of solving our worst problems. Pastors, teachers, business leaders, law enforcement officials, politicians, homemakers, factory workers, retired persons, and others are answering the call and choosing to lead where they are to make a lasting difference. Leaders are also learners - they must invest in their leadership quotient because their leadership matters.

Far more than an annual training event, The Global Leadership Summit has become a galvanizing event in this worldwide leadership movement. Representing an amazing diversity of race, cultures, ethnicities, languages, and denominations, leaders are coming together to give themselves to redeem and restore this broken world.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE SUMMIT A PRIORITY. The Summit runs on August 10-11 and will be videocast at Hillside Church. To encourage as many new people as possible to attend, First Baptist is covering $75 of the $150 registration fee for all first-time attendees. To attend the Summit, all you need to do is call the church office and ask Deb Watling to add your name to the list and, at your convenience, either give Deb your portion of the registration fee ($75 for first-time registrants) or put it in your church envelope, labelling it “Leadership Summit”.
