Yada Yada House of Hope Series

Review by Marilyn Lancaster

This series of four books feature the Fairbanks family and their journey as they start a new life in Chicago and the subsequent problems that the move and Gabrielle’s move to independence bring to their marriage. Gabrielle meets a homeless woman, commits to a job without her husband’s agreement and discovers life on the “other side of the tracks”. Through her job she meets members of the Yada Yada Prayer Group who give her unconditional support in her journey. Prayer becomes a necessity in her daily struggles. Neta Jackson has again presented her characters with all of their flaws and shows us that when we “go to the Rock” no matter how insurmountable the problem looks, He will see us through.
